Breakfast
2 weetabix with 100 ml 1% fat milk, a pomegranate cranberry green tea and multivitamin.
Lunch
I knew I was going to be having afternoon tea at 2 so I just took some strawberries and a nectarine to work to keep me going. I also had a iced lemon green tea and a bottle of water
I had been looking forward to this all day, my first afternoon tea.
There was a crossiant filled with scrambled egg and salmon, coronation chicken sandwich, ham and cheese toastie and cheese quiche for the savoury part. All really tasty apart from the coronation chicken as I just don't like that.
For the sweet part there was strawberries and cream, brownie, a chocolate almond tart and creme brûlée. It's the first time I've had creme brûlée and it was delish.
All washed down with a pot of tea and water.
