What I ate Wednesday

Breakfast
2 weetabix with 75ml of 1% fat milk
Strawberries
Green tea and vitamin

Lunch
My packup for work was a pastrami sandwich thin
Fat free raspberry and cranberry yogurt
Crispy fries 
Strawberries and water

Dinner 
Sorry this was an epic fail I didn't finish work til 6pm today usually I finish at 2pm so I was starving and forgot to take a photo of my food. 

I had battered fish with mushy peas,
Sandwich thin with some chips I stole off the husbands plate
