September Favourite's

It’s that time of the month again....monthly favourite’s time!!
My makeup has definitely changed up this month, that’s down to the fact that I’m trying to use up older products that I have forgotten about. By doing this I have definitely re-fallen in love with a few products.

First up is the Maybelline eraser eye. This is not an old product but it’s not something that I had been using due to still having a under eye concealer that needed finishing first. When I used that up I went onto this product. I have to say I’m very happy with how this concealer works. My eye circles are as it says erased, the under eye area is brightened and it’s just an easy wonderful to use concealer. This is a product that I will repurchase when I have used it up.
2 - Benefits Rockateur blusher. I got this blusher last Christmas but hadn’t really used it as I have quite a few blushers that I like to use during certain times of the year. Throughout the summer I had been using the benefits coralista and into the winter I will usually use benefits dandelion as it’s a perfect pink pinch to the cheeks. I decided to pick this blusher up for a girl’s night out this month, and since then I keep going back to this product every day. It’s a beautiful rosy pink with a slight shimmer to it, which I love for this time of the year as it just wakes my skin up so it doesn’t look dull. I love the racy packaging. I’m really into boxed blusher as they just seem so much sturdy to chuck in your makeup bag.
3 – Benefits some kinda gorgeous in the colour medium. I had not used this product in long time. I have been using this foundation for days where I’m at work. I don’t usually like to use an expensive foundation for work; I tend to keep those for days I’m not at work. But I wanted to use this up as I haven’t reached for it in ages and have a new foundation I love using for days I’m not at work. This foundation is a cream to powder foundation, its quick and easy to apply, gives you gorgeous looking skin and holds up well throughout the day. I like the quirky packaging; it has a decent sized mirror inside and a compartment for a sponge so you can top up throughout the day.
4 – Collection 2000 dazzle me dust in the colour fairy dust and the Benefit hard angle brush. I have been into purple quite a bit this month and wanted to spice up my boring work makeup look with a slight pop of colour that was quick. So I’ve been really into using the benefits hard angle brush with this lovely shimmering purple dust and just adding a pop of colour underneath the wing of my black liner and slightly under my lower lash line. This brush gets a really precise line and this purple is perfect for autumn.
5 – Supergoop cc cream in the colour light to medium – This is a sample I got in my birchbox this month. It’s a correcting foundation with SPF 35 and it’s a self adjusting shade foundation. I have light to medium and it matches lovely with my skin. This blends beautifully, feels nice on the skin, doesn’t feel too heavy but covers well enough.
6 – Benefits laugh with me lee lee perfume – As the winter approaches I say goodbye to my summer scents and say hello to laugh with me lee lee. Every time the colder months come round I seem to reach for this perfume. This is a woody floral scent, it’s not overly powering and it just smells divine to me. I love the cute packaging of these bottles and I like that the boxes they come in are little houses.
7 – Clinique high impact mascara – I got this sample out of a magazine; I can’t really remember what magazine it was though. I love how this makes my lashes look, it gives them length and volume and just that wow factor. I actually got asked if I was wearing false lashes with this mascara.
8 – The final product is model co’s more brows in light to medium. I got this out of my glossy box this month and absolutely love it. The only brow gel I’ve tried before this was the Maybelline brow drama which I like but the brush is way too big. Whereas this brush is small and a lot easier to use. It makes my brows look perfect all day.
