My glossybox arrived this afternoon so I thought i would do an unboxing and tell you my initial thoughts on the products.
I'm loving this months box design, it's so pretty with all the snowflakes, the tissue paper inside has the same snowflake design. I'm going to keep this and wrap around someone's present to make it that little bit prettier.
You always get five products and this month four out of the five products are full size, which is a nice treat.
The first product is the Bellapiere cosmetics cheek and lip tint in the colour coral (full size). I've got Bellapiere products from my glossybox before and I've always enjoyed using them, so I'm excited to try this out. There's a very slight sweet scent to this product, but it's not that noticble. It's quite a small product it's the size of there eyeshadow dusts. This is priced at £12.99 for 5g, very pricey for a small amount of product.
The second product is TRESemme renewal hair and scalp nourish and renew tonic (full size). Such a long name. I'm very happy to receive this product and can't wait to try it out. I've been wanting to try a scalp product as my scalp is in need of some love and attention, it's a little on the dry side. This product smells so yummy and for 150ml it costs £5.50 which I think is reasonable. I'm not the biggest TRESemme fan, but hopefully this product will change my mind.
The third product is the anatomicals zap! Zap! Zap! Gets that chap. Day and night spot stick (full size). Another very long name. I'm impressed by the concept of this. It's a double ended spot zapper that has a day time formula and a night time formula. The day time one is clear and the night time one is milky white. I'm sure over the christams period I'll be needing this, all that rubbish food will for sure cause a bad skin breakout. This is £3.79 for 7ml , a great price, but it all depends on how well this product works.
The fourth and final full size product is all that jazz professional nail lacquer in the colour romea's - sweet tooth (full size). This is a very glittery purple, it looks very festive. This is a uk brand and I've never heard of it before, so I'm looking forward to trying this out. It's described as extremely hard wearing and long lasting, so I shall put this to the test. This is £9.98 for 15ml, it's on the more pricey nail varnish side but if it is as long lasting as it says then the price will be worth it.
The last product is skinpep hydra boost - pure hyaluronic acid serum. The name of this instantly scares me, an acid serum, erm ok. Apparently this will promote a healthy new skin glow. I'm a little unsure about this product but I will give it a go and see how I like it. This is probably a product that my mum would like to try. This is priced at £24.99 for 70ml and the sample size I have is 15ml, it seems quite a decent sample size.
Have you tried any of these products before?
