You know how I love my beauty boxes, by far my favourite is the December boxes as they always seem to be abit more special. I'm going to show you what's in my birchbox and my first impressions of the products and then tomorrow I will do the same for my glossybox.

 

So let's get into this months birchbox. First things first is the fact that it's not a box that you get this month, but a festive looking clutch. The clutch looks like and envelope, the flap is a velvet green, the lower corner is faux leather and the other lower corner is gold glitter. It's actually a really nice clutch and I could see me using this.

 

Inside is 6 products, the first one that catches my eye is the benefit ultimate party kit. I couldn't wait to open this. Inside was two of what you would call benefits deluxe samples. There was a they're real push up liner and also there puff off eye cream. I do own the benefit liner and I do really like this products, so I was happy for a this sample size as I know it will come in handy when traveling. The puff off eye cream I have never tried and I've just finished my eye cream so I was glad for a sample to keep me going until I buy a new one.

 

Model co lipstick in the shade kitty is the next product, this is the only full size product in this months box. I was slightly disappointed with this beachside I have had this shade in previous box, so it would have been nice to get a different shade. However I do like the formulation of this lipstick and the shade kitty is a really nice shade. So at least. Ow I have a backup.

 

Moving on the next product is nail varnish, by ciate. This is one of there mini nail varnishes in the shade mineral love. This is a pink colour with gold glitter. I own a lot of nail varnish, but this is shade I do not own. I really like the look of this and I can't wait to try it out.

 

Next up is the elemis pro-collagen marine cream. This is actually a pretty decent sample size, a 15ml sample. This was actually recommended by a beauty therapist for  my skin back in March but I never got round to buying it. I'm excited to try the sample to see if it is actually any good.

 

Skin and co Sicilian body gel is an ultra conditioning shower gel. This is the only product that I was disappointed with as this is the third shower product in a row. However it does smell nice and does say it's ultra conditioning, which will be good for the winter.

 

The last product is the beauty bonus. It's the roloxin revitalising facial treatment. This is supposed to diminish pores, firm the skin and boost radiance for up to 24hrs. This will be great to use for an event or a party. I think I'm going to use it on Christmas Eve, in the hopes that my skin will look amazing on Christmas Day.

 

I'm really happy with my birchbox, there was only the shower gel that I was really disappointed in. I would rate this as a 9/10.
