Welcome to the first foodie Friday, I try to stick to a calorie controlled diet during the week along with my exercise. I'm going to be doing one of these at least once a month so I hope you enjoy them. I'm one of those people that likes to see what everyone else is eating.
So let's start it off with breakfast
I started out with two eggs scrambled, with lurpack lightest butter on top of a bagel thin.
I also had a lemon and ginger tea to start my day as I've not been feeling so great the past few days, and this drink is great for your throat.
My lunch was a quick bite to eat at my mums before we popped into town. I had a warburtons thin with lettuce and prawns. I didn't have any butter on this as the seafood cocktail sauce was enough.
While in town doing a spot of shopping me and my mum decided to grab a coffee from cafe Nero and a slice of lemon cheesecake too.
My tea was quite healthy, I had a roast chicken dinner with mash potatoes, broccoli, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I forgot to take a picture of my dinner as I was so hungry. I was so annoyed as I'd done so well with the photos.
