What I ate Wednesday

For breakfast I had two weetabix with 75ml of 1% fat milk, green tea and a multivitamin. Usually I would have some strawberries with this too but I'm all out at the moment.

For my lunch at work I took a ham sandwich thin, velvet crunch crips in the balsamic vinegar flavour, low fat strawberry yogurt, two nectarines and a bottle of water.

For tea I had a weight watchers chicken saag aloo with lemon and coriander rice, a weight watchers naan and a glass of orange juice. The saag aloo was very tasty and handy to have in on those I can't be bothered to cook nights but still want something healthy.
