Breakfast 
Rude health honey and nut gronola with 1% fat milk
Pomegranate and cranberry Green tea
Multivitamin  
Snack
100g grapes

Lunch
Sandwich thin with extra light mayo and pastrami 
Strawberry fat free yogurt
100g strawberries
Nectarine 
Raspberry green tea
Bottle of water
Dinner
2 BBQ beef burgers with one white bun
Low low cheese slice with ketchup and frenchies mustard
All washed down with a pint of water and a lemon green tea
