Go ahead forest fruits and raisen bar
Raspberry green tea

Lunch
Ham bun
Toffee low fat yogurt
Strawberries
Water

Tea
Whole wheat noodles with chipotle chilli and honey smoked salmon
Spinach 
Water


Snack
Teaspoon of biscoff crunchy spread, I've been wanting to try this for ages 
Cup of tea and choc and hazelnut wafer
