Benefit They're Real tinted primer review

I didn’t even know that benefit had released a new product, until I opened my January birchbox and found this little beauty in there. About 6 months ago I learnt the hard way about the importance of using a primer for your lashes. No mascara will make your lashes look great if there not in good condition themselves. My lashes were really short and nearly non existent because they got quite dry and brittle by all the mascara applied everyday and not removing my mascara very well at night. I had to use a last treatment to get them back to normal. So now I use a primer for my lashes as this keeps them hydrated and basically stops the mascara from drying your lashes out.

Benefits primer is none like I've tried before. Usually primers are white, very wet and a basic brush that just coats your lashes. Firstly the benefit primer is not white its mink brown, which is great for those no makeup days. You can just apply this to your lashes and not even bother with mascara, it gives a really nice natural look.

The primer is not overly wet which means it doesn’t just get slopped on your lashes. Apart from the fact that this is brown and not white the other best part to this is the brush. The Brush is similar to the they're real mascara brush with the shape and plastic brush. However the bristles are much smaller and they just grab every single lash perfectly. My lashes look amazing just with this primer on, but layer mascara over this and your lashes look even more amazing than normal. That’s because this primer not only conditions the lashes with the provitamin B5 but actually separates them ready for your mascara.

This is by far my favourite primer ive tired for lashes and I will definitely be buying the full sized version of this.

What do you think to this primer?
