April favourites

Ive been away for most of April, so you will have to excuse the crazy amount of miniatures that are going to be featured in this post. But these are generally products I've been loving and using this month.

My first favourite is not a miniature, it’s the new urban decay naked skin one and done. I absolutely love this, the packaging is stylish and cute, the best thing is that it has a pump. This applies beautifully and lasts so long on the skin. I have found that this applies better with a beauty blender than it does with their optical blurring brush, I found the brush can sometimes disturb my drier patches. Where as with a beauty blender your patting into your skin. Even though it's like a tinted moisturiser, you can build the coverage up slightly, but I would say that this is a light to a nearly medium coverage. I have also seen an improvement in my skin looking more radiant and clearer using this product. The only spot I have gotten has been one small one on my chin, but that was hormonal. Usually I would get the odd one on my forehead or cheek, but nothing has cropped up which is great. The other great thing with this foundation is that it has spf20 in it, which has been great while I've been away as it's meant that my skin has been protected.

Next is the benefit porefessional powder. This is such a great translucent powder, it keeps shine away and really extended the length of wear of my foundation. My foundation usually lasts a good 7 hours before I can see that I need to touch up. Using this powder i didn’t have to touch up at all it lasted all day. It also kept my concealer in place all day, it stopped the concealer from creasing and kept me looking fresh all day. I like that the packaging is also super handy for traveling. All you do is dispense some of the product into the lid and unscrew the bottom where a handy little brush sits for you to apply on the go.

My favourite mascara combination this month is the benefit they're real tinted primer, the benefit roller lash and the benefit bad gal lash. The tinted primer grabs all the lashes, separates them and keeps them hydrated. The roller lash on top of this adds amazing length and lifts them. Its been my go to day combination. My night combination has been the primer with the bad gal lash. The bad gal lash gives so much volume which is just what I like for the evening.

My last favourite is urban decays lipstick in liar. This is a darker nude, but it's still perfect for day or evening wear. I love all urban decay lipsticks there really long lasting and moisturising on the lips. I also love how the colour gives the appearance of bigger plumped up lips.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this months favourites, I know there all benefit and urban decay but there all I've been using this month as they were are very travel friendly products. Have you tried the new urban decay foundation yet? What do you think to it?
