On Christmas, its always been a tradition to get dressed in our best outfit for the day. It's always been like that and I love it. This year however, Paul has decided we must wear Christmas jumpers. So I thought I would show you, what I've decided to wear.
I've been wearing Christmas Jumpers at work, all over the month of December. So I really didn't want to wear another Christmas jumper. I thought it would just make me feel like I was off to work. Not something I want to feel like on Christmas day. So I went in search of a Christmas dress. I found this one on Boo Hoo. Its the Eve printed snowman, swing dress. When I first bought this, they had it available in green, black and red. The one I bought was the black one, but now they only have it available in red. I purchased this on the black Friday weekend, when they reduced the price of it slightly. So it only cost me £12. I thought that this would be the perfect thing to wear, as its floaty. Meaning I can eat lots of food and not feel constricted by what I'm wearing.
With my dress, I'm either going to wear tights or leggings. It all depends, on which ones I feel more comfy in. I'm also going to wear my black cropped fluffy jumper, that I picked up from Tesco's a couple of years ago. It will keep me warm and mute the snowman pattern down, just a little on the dress. For shoes I'll be wearing my favourite black Ravel ankle boots. There comfy and dressy looking. I'll most likely keep the jewellery quite simple, with stud earrings and a choker necklace. Of course I will also be sporting a red lip!
Do get dressed up or do you dress comfy for Christmas day?
