Hey guys,
So as you have probably noticed I’ve missed a few of my
usual Monday, Friday posts. This has been down to a crazy two weeks. I’ve been
helping my mum over many months with her wedding plans but over the last two
weeks up to the wedding things got crazy, the fact that I was making the 3 tier
wedding cake and making wedding favours (96 cake pops to be precise) which took
me 3 full days, and an emergency trip to the dentist as my wisdom got infected
and caused my face to swell up and put me in agony (perfect timing I know).
I didn’t get a moment to chill out in the days running up to
the wedding much like my mother. The day before the wedding I had cake pops to
finish, the rehearsal to attend and then a few peoples nails to paint as well
as mine. The morning of the wedding there was so much to do even though most of
us were up by 7 and the wedding was at 3pm we all didn’t seem to stop. Setting the wedding decor up, getting our
hair done and applying makeup took us right up to 3pm.
Although I don’t have any step by step photos of my makeup,
I thought I would share with you what makeup I used to ensure my makeup and the
brides lasted and looked perfectly flawless for the wedding day. So watch out
for that post later on today for Makeup Monday.
Here's a few photos of me at the wedding and the cake/setup
