I'm kinda sad that July is pretty much over. This month the weather has been great, the sunshine and the warmth has just been what I've been waiting for. I'm just hoping that with the end of July that doesn't mean its the end of the good weather we've been having too. I don't want to go back to jeans, I've been enjoying wearing dresses and skirts far too much.
Anyway lets get into why your reading this post, to find out what my favourite products are this month. I have six to share with you and there all beauty products this time. So grab a drink and lets get to it.
This is a soft matt liquid bronzer for the face. This blends into the skin seamlessly, giving your face a natural looking golden glow. This is lightweight so its perfect for the summer.
I've been enjoying using this as my base with just a touch of concealer and powder. Its been perfect for these hot sunny days as its lightweight and adds a lovely bronze glow to my skin. If you want to see a more detailed review of this, then click here
Benefit - One Hot Minute
Unfortunately Benefit no longer sell this bronzer and which is sad as its my favourite summer bronzer. I'll have to find a new one when it runs out. This is a loose powder bronzer, its quite a light bronzer but you can build it up. I really like it for the summer as it has a nice shimmer to it but it's not too shimmery its just the right kind of shimmer.
Yes another Benefit product, I didn't even realise how many Benefit products I'd been using this month until I picked out my fave's. This blusher is a rose gold shade. When you look at this blusher, it looks extremely shimmery. But when you apply this it doesn't really come out like that, it just has the very slightest hint of shimmer to it.
I got this out of a Birchbox and I've really been enjoying using this. Its such an easy to use product that lasts all day. It's a cream shadow stick in the shade champagne problems. You just apply this all over the eye lid and then blend it out with your finger. Super easy and a super quick look for when your in a hurry but still want to look put together.
Benefit - Velvet Eyeshadow
Again they don't sell this any more, this is one of their older eye shadows. Since then they have repackaged all their eye shadows. I got this shadow for my wedding day so it's four years old. But its a great eye shadow. It's a golden bronze colour, I believe their new shadow in the shade guilty pleasure is similar in colour. I've been using this with the eye shadow stick, to add a bit of a smokey look to my eye.
Lastly is this mascara, its a volume and curl mascara. This grabs all the lashes, lengthens, gives volume and curls your lashes. I reviewed this mascara quite recently and showed you what my lashes looked like before and after. So if you want to know more about this mascara then check it out here.
