Here's part two of my Christmas gift guide. This time I'm going to be helping you with gifts for your Dad, Brother, Partner and friend. I don't know about you, but I always struggle to find gift ideas for men myself. Hopefully some of these ideas will help you out.
Dad
One thing I find that most the men in my life never seem to buy themselves, is aftershave. Aftershave is always an acceptable man gift, in my eyes. Yes it can be quite a personal gift to give. Picking a scent for someone else can be difficult. But if you already know what they like, you can either buy them there favourite aftershave, or buy one very similar. One that I find the older man seems to like, is the Ralph Lauren Polo Red. You can get a 75ml bottle, for £43 at boots. But one great thing about boots, is that they often have offers on lots of aftershave.
Watches are always a great gift to give. They are a great accessory for men to smarten up an outfit, look more professional at meetings and of course, let you tell the time. I found this Ben Sherman watch on Asos. It's got a real leather strap, a classic black strap and silver face. It's £70, which is a bit on the pricey side. But if you want something a bit more special, then this is perfect. However, if its a bit out your price range. Then check out some of Asos's other watches that they have available.
Finding a wallet that can not only hold notes and cards. But also hold coins, can be quite difficult. You often find that men have a pocket full of change. I found this Ted Baker wallet, for £50. I think it will make a perfect gift, as it has space for all three. Its also leather, which means its a great quality wallet and will last a few years. It's not going to break so easily.
The last gift idea I have for the Dad's in your life, is an experience day. Men seem to have quite a fascination with Cars, and there are plenty of experience days to do with cars. Rally cars, super cars and classic cars are just some experience days availble. Virgin experience days, is a great website to check out for many gift days.
Brothers
If your brother owns a Xbox or a PlayStation, then a game is a great gift to buy them. There are plenty of new games, that have been or will be released. There always is a large amount of new releases around this time of the year. One game that's recently been released, is Battlefield 1. It's a game that's very popular at the moment and would be a welcome gift, for any game lover. You can pick this up from Game, for £44.99.
Just like it was a great gift for you dad, a watch will also be a great gift for your brother. Like I said they look smart and can be a great accessory, even if its just for a night out or special occasion. This one again, is from Asos. This one however, is only £18. Although its a much more purse friendly watch. It has the classic black strap but the face of this watch is not so classic looking. What makes the face different is the exposed cog design, which makes this watch edgy and stylish.
Does your brother like to have a bit of a lads night? If he does, then maybe this poker set from Marks and Spencer, for £25 will be the perfect gift. It comes with two packs of cards and 100 poker chips all encased in handy wooden case.
The last gift I've chosen is a bit of a mystery. If you've got a brother that's into his gadgets and basically has most things he could want. Then this could be a great gift to give to them. Its a mystery gadget box, from IWOOT.com. Its only £29.99 and comes with five mystery gadgets, that would cost around £50. So not only will this gift be a mystery for you brother, but also to you too. It's a risky gift, as you don't know what your getting. But it could be a great way, to find your brother an amazing new gadget.
Partners
Most guys support some type of sport, so if its not football there will definitely be something you can buy them to do with the sport they love. But most men do seem to love football. I don't quite understand the passion guys feel for football. But then again they don't really understand women's passion for clothes and make-up. Anyway, to celebrate their love of football. Why not buy them the club strip, that they support. If they already have this seasons home shirt, then why not get them the away shirt instead. The one I'm showing you is Arsenals home shirt. Its on offer at the moment on sports direct for £47.99. You can find most of the popular football club strips on this website.
No matter how old men get, they never seem to grow up. There still a child at heart, that likes to play with gadgets and toys. This next gift that I've picked out, will be perfect for the Star Wars fan. The Sphero Star Wars BB-8, will be a dream gift for any Star Wars fan. They will have wished for something like this, when they were a kid. But what's stopping them playing with it now. This one is a special edition bundle, that costs £179.99 from IWOOT.com. There is a cheaper alternative that comes on its own, if that's a bit too pricey. This special bundle comes with two items. The first is your very own app enabled BB-8, that you can control. The second is a smart band, that gives you the chance to channel your inner Jedi, by enabling you to control the BB-8 with a wave of your hand.
Is your man into his music? A Sonos speaker looks like any ordinary simple speaker. But this one is much more hi-tech. You can control your Sonos device with your phone or ipad. It delivers Crystal clear sound in any room, its wireless, has simple controls and is compact. The great thing about Sonos, is that you can buy a few of these and use a function called multi-room. Using the app, Sonos allows you to set music to either be the same in every room. Or you can set it, where different rooms play different music. It's also a gift that you can keep building on year after year. The one I've shown is Sonos play one, but they have others such as play3, play5 and play soundbar. This allows you to build your own surround system for you home too. This Sonos play1 I found on John Lewis for £169.
The last gift that I've picked out, is a winter coat. It's not your usual puffer jacket. Its more of a smart jacket that keeps you warm, but still allows you to look stylish. It would be perfect for partner's that have a lot of meeting to attend. Personally I think all guys should have at least one smart coat. You never know what occasion you might have to get dressed up for, and then don't have a jacket to match your smart attire. This one I found is from River Island, it costs £110. Its a premium wool fabric, so it will keep your man extra toasty. Its got a high neck and zip detailing.
Friends
It can be quite difficult to buy for your male friends. You don't want to spend too much on a friend, but you want to spend enough to show you care. The first gift I've picked out, if for all your spicy food loving friends. The Christmas spicy man box costs £22 and is available from not on the high street. Inside this box your get beer, meat, crackling and chutney. The box is full of spicy treats that they can enjoy. If your friends not big on spicy food, then check out other boxes that are available.
This 3in1 power bank, is perfect for those friends that are never off there phone. Its not just any old back up charger though, its also a torch and a hand warmer. This is perfect for any gadget lover and will be perfect for anyone that loves to go camping. This will only cost £16.99 from IWOOT.com
Any friend that's got a sweet tooth will enjoy this retro sweet box. It features 18 classic sweets, that might bring back some forgotten memories of 2pence sweets. You can find this on IWOOT.com for £14.99.
The last gift I've chosen is for the friends that let there geek side run a bit wild. On IWOOT.com you can get a box called my geek box, they change themes every so often. The one that's available at the moment is all about the past. Its a mystery box, so again it wont just be a surprise for your friend. But it will also be a bit of a surprise for you too. For £19.99, I think its quite a quirky gift to give a friend.

I hope, I've been able to help you find some gifts for your loved ones.
