Gift Guide For The Ladies In Your Life

If you've not started thinking about Christmas presants yet, there is no better time to start thinking then now. Hopefully I'll be able to help you out, if your in need of some ideas. Usually I start my Christmas shopping in September, but i've started buying gifts quite late this year myself. But i've organised myself now and hopefully I'll be able to get you guys organised too. I've picked four gifts each, that I think are suitable for mums, sister, partners and friends.

Mothers
Mums have to carry a lot of stuff around with them, everyday, all day. So why not buy her something stylish to carry everything around in. River Island have lots of great options at great prices. The one I've chosen out is this black zip front slouch bag, at £35. It's faux suede, has zip and tassel detailing. This bag also has a grab handle and a shoulder strap.

One thing I never seem to buy myself, which like me I don't think most people will. Is a dressing gown. Yet we seem to spend most our winter evenings wearing one. That makes dressing gowns a great gift. I really like Next for dressing gowns, there great quality so they last and  wash well too. This one costs £26 and is really soft and luxurious looking. Perfect for those cosy evenings in.

Any beauty lover out there will have heard of Emma Hardie and know how great her skin care products are. This perfect daily essential set by Emma Hardie is from Marks and Spencers. Its a collection of Emma Hardies best sellers. It contains the famous moringa cleansing balm, facial oil and the age support face cream. For £49 this set is perfect for all skin types and those who are concered with ageing.
The last idea for all your mums out there, is a spa voucher. Why not treat your mum to a facial or a deeply relaxing massgae. Mum's often dont get the chance to pamper themseleves, as they are always looking after everyone else. So what better gift than treating them to a relaxing spa treatment.

Sisters

Us ladies love a pretty handbag. I found this one from New Look, which is so on trend right now. Embroidery is a massive trend at the moment, you will have seen it on jeans, coats, tops and even handbags. At £24.99 its black and very simple on this inside, but on the oustside. This simple black shoulder bag is totally transformed into a much more fashionable bag, with the beatufl pink and red floral embrodiery. This bag has gold front fastening, grab handle and a shoulder strap. I think New Look are a great retailer to check handbags out, as they often have very on trend bags. Some that even remind you of much more expensive bags, but all for bank balance friendly prices.
A brand that I've tried out through my birchbox, is living proof. It was a brand that I hadn't really heard of until trying them through the beauty box, the products I did try were amazing. Only after doing some research into the brand, did I discover that Jenifer Aniston co-owns it. It may not mean a thing, but she always has great hair and maybe she uses this brand with her co-owning it. I also found out that these hair products are silicone free, sulphate free and oil free. So theres no need to worry about nasty chemicles. Marks and spencer have some gift sets availble by this brand. One of them is called the no frizz discovery kit, availble for £27. Frizzy hair is battle all of us ladies try and fight. This set helps to fight that battle and helps our hair behave.

Ren is a well known cult skincare brand. It's free from any skin upsetting sythentic ingredaints. It's a brand everyone should try out, as they have great products for all skin types. Ren have products availble for senstive, combination, dry, blemish prone and anti ageing concerns. Like I said products for all skin types. I've chosen a set from Marks and Spencer called, stop being so sensoitve, which retails for £15. As the name would suggest, this set is stuitbale for anyone with senstive skin. This set gives you a chance to try out three products from there sensitve skincare line. There are other sets availble for other skin concerns too.

Urban decay are by far my favrooute brand, for a lot of beauty products. They always do amazing sets around christmas. One holiday set that has caughyt my eye, is there lipstick pallletets. If you havnt tried urbans decays lipsticks before, then this is a great time to not only buy one as a gift for someone who would really appreciate it. But maybe even treat yourself to one too, or pop it on your own christmas list. I know I will be. I imagine these palettes are going to be very popular. Urban decay's formulation on there lipsticks are amazing. There creamy and have a rich colour pay off, thats long lasting. They are formulated with a butter blend to comforrt, hyrdate and enhance your lips. So that your lips are left soft, condtionaoned and are never left dry. There are two lipstick palettes availble at £31.50 each. They are called Blackmail and Junkie. Each pallete has 12 shades of lipstick ranging from neutral to bright and light to dark. The lipsticks sit in a sturdy case, a mirror sits inside the lid and attached is cover to keep the lipsticks protected. Both palletes come with a retractable lip brush aswell, so there perfect for travelling with. Junkie is a pallette aimed for people who dare to play around with makeup, as there are a few more daring shades of lipstick in this pallete. Such as green and lilac. Whereas Blackmail is aimed at the not so daring beauty junkie, with all very usable shades.

Partners

Speaking of Urban Decay, another great pallette that they've recently released is the naked ultimate basics palette, priced at £38.50. This pallette is full of 12 new, must have neutrals. This pallete features a range of neutral mattes from cool to warm, perfect for any skin tone. Each matte shade is formulated with a velvet texture, that blends beautifully, delivers a rich colour and has serious staying power.

Another gift from Marks and Spencer is this Pixi, gift of glow set for £72. Yes a lot of my gift ideas are from Marks and Spencers. But, thats because they have some really great gifts in this year. For all budgets and recipiants. So dont be too alarmed if you see more gift ideas by them in this post. I'm not sponsered by them, I just think they have some amazing gift ideas.
Pixi is a brand that personally i've not tried. But I've heard some amazing things about the brand, especially their skincare. This set is a collection of there best selling products. Included is makeup melting cleaning cloths, glow mud cleanser, glow tonic and rose oil. These products remove makeup, deeply cleans, gently exforliates and noruishes your skin. This set is also ideal for all skin types.

If your partner is a beauty lover, then she will most certainly love these spectrum brushes. This glam clam set sells out quite quickly. But there are plenty of other sets availbe on the website, that are just as amazing. These brushes are cruelty free and vegan regesitered. They are made from the highest quality syntheic hair, which makes these bristles super soft. £59.99 may seem like a lot, but for great quality soft brushes, that also look amazing too. That price is worth paying, as similar brushes to these are lot more expensive.

The last gift i've picked out for the female partner in your life. Is a handbag. But not just any handbag. Its a beautiful bag by Ted Baker, in the perfect winter colour. The Lexia medium tote bag, is priced at £159. It's pricey, but its real leather and if they look after it and store it correctly. This bag will last a long time. This bag also has a textured finish, adjustable handels and a detachble shoulder strap. This berry colour, is a very statement colour to have for a handbag. It's also, as I said the perfect winter handbag.

Friends

Why not treat your friend to a relaxing gift set from Lush. This costs just £19.95 and contains four great products. Us ladies like to pamper ourseleves, so what better way than to take some me time, than with a relaxing bath. Inside is a shower gel, bath bomb, bubble bar and bath melt. All designed to lead you into a state of deep relaxation.

As I said, us ladies like to pamper ourselves. But, we often forget about looking after out hands and feet. This set from Burts Bees, is perfect for friends that love to paint there nails. As you need to ensure that your hands and feet are looking great. There's no point in attracting attention to your hands and feet with nail polish, if there not looking the best they can. Burts bees products are created using the best ingrediants nature has to offer. This set is designed to keep your hands and feet naturally soft and beautiful. Burts Bees tips and toes set, costs £16.

Got a friend thats always borowwing your lipstick? Well why not treat them to her own set of award winning liquid lipsticks, from stila. Your can get a set of three stay all day liquid lipsticks for £18. These creamy matte lipsticks, deliver full covergae colour, thats bold and long lasting. The texture is weightless and comfortabel on the lips. The three shades, two of which are limited edtion come in naturally nude shades. So the colous will be flattering for most.

The last gift I have chosen is a necklace from River Island. River Island do amazing statement necklaces, that can add that touch of glamour to any outfit. The one I picked out is this rose gold star layered necklace, for £14. Jewellery, especially statement. Are always great gifts for friends, as you don't tend to buy too many of these yourself. But they can really jazz up an old outfit.

I hope I've been able to give you some helpful gift ideas for the females in your life. Or at least give you some ideas to add to your own wish list. I know theres a few gifts on here that I'll be adding to my own list.

Check back next Friday for the second part of my gift guide. That will give you ideas on what to buy the guys in your life.
