Empties

Like most beauty lovers I enjoy trying out new products and finding out how they perform. The products below are what I've been using and trying out over the last few months. All of these products are now finished, which means its time to tell you my thoughts on them. Below you will find what each product should do, what I thought to the product and whether I would re-buy or not. I've got six product to show you, five or which are skincare and one make-up item. Lets get into these empties....

Micellar water is an easy way to remove make-up in one step, without having to rinse. I always use an eye make-up remover first, as I don't think micellar waters ever really get all your mascara off. But I did enjoy using this, it left my face feeling fresh and clean. Its also designed for combination oily skin, which is my skin type.
I enjoyed using this and it doesn't cost much at all, I would and will be repurchasing this.

This body lotion is the saviour to dry skin. Although since I had this product it seems to have changed names. I'm hoping the formula's not changed too much as this brought my dry skin back to normal again and it smelled absolutely amazing!
I did love this product so I would like to buy it again. I will be trying out the newer version in the hope that the formula hasn't changed, or its got better.

An age fighting serum that helps reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. Skin should look firmer and more lifted to reveal a more youthful appearance. I quite like Origins skincare, most things I've used I've enjoyed and its not an overly pricey brand. This product has a really nice gentle scent to it, it sinks into the skin really quickly and left my face feeling soft. I did enjoy using this product, but I'm not really sure if it made a difference to my skin. I don't feel like I have any major appearance of lines or wrinkles, so in that respect you could say that this product has worked. I do have some slight fine lines around my eyes but you don't use this around your eyes, so this products not to blame for those.
Although I did enjoy using this product, I do feel I've found better serums that do even more for my skin. So I wont be repurchasing this.

A soothing eye gel that helps to reduce the appearance of dark circles, minimise puffiness and soften the appearance of fine lines. This has quite a strong smell to it, which I do enjoy but others may find it over powering. As this is a gel product it's very refreshing on the eyes, which is why I think its so great at depuffing the eyes. I personally didn't see any difference with my under eyes when using this product. It's a very expensive product, so I would expect to see something happening to my under eye area.
I wont be repurchasing this as its far too expensive for what it is.

A 99% natural complexion perfecting primer. This should visibly reduce fine lines, provide a perfect base for make-up and also smooth and blur pores. I never like the smell of balance me products, I'm not into the natural scent but others may really like this natural smell. It didn't blur my pores and I don't think it reduced fine lines. It did help to smooth my skin which gave a nice base for foundation application. Although foundation applies nicely on top of this primer, it didn't help to keep my foundation on longer.
I wont be buying a full sized version of this as I don't think it worked that well for me as a primer. I like my primers to not only smooth out my skin and blur pores, I also like a primer that will make my foundation last longer.

A rich nourishing balm infused with Shea butter, pomegranate, rose hip and vitamin E to protect and restore lips. I constantly raved about this when I had it! This really did help restore my lips. My lips were in such a dry flaky state from the cold weather and over wearing matte lip products. This lip balm brought my lips back to life and kept them looking great! Not only is this a very nourishing lip product, but it also has a light orange scent to it.
I will 100% be repurchasing this lip balm. Even though my lips are in great condition at the moment, I want this in my collection for times when my lips need extra help.

Have you tried any of these products? What were your thoughts on them?

If your interested in reading more reviews, I've just reviewed the Jaclyn Hill Morphe Palette so why not give that a read too.
