Beauty Advent Calenders

Every year there's more and more beauty advent calenders but which one should you choose?? Well even I struggled with that this year and instead of one, I ended up buying two Advent calenders! This might seem a bit excessive, but I don't care. I've been working hard lately and decided to treat myself, I love beauty products and what better way to get your hands on some amazing products for a fraction of the price than a Beauty Advent Calender. Some of the advent calenders are very expensive, but the actual value of some of these calenders is insane and worth it! Because of the great value to these advent calenders they do sell out fast and unfortunately every year they seem to come out earlier and earlier. Both of my Advent calenders that I purchased were actually released and delivered in October, Which is quite early to be thinking about advent calenders. So if you were wanting an advent calender, but haven't purchased one yet. Then keep on reading as I'm going to share with you all the advent calenders that are still available to buy now, from the lowest price to the highest.

This is a traditional opening advent calender, with a very Asos design. By that I mean it looks like the delivery bags you get when you order from them. Which isn't the worst thing ever, but its not very festive and its not as easy on the eye as the other advent calenders. However it does go up to day 24 and includes some great products from some very well known brands. Included in this calender are products from, Glamglow, Mac, Caudalie, Benefit and Bobbie Brown.

Price : £79
Value : Over £300

This beauty advent calender is a beautiful festive Red colour, its has pull out draws which are all numbered in gold. It goes up to day 25 and includes brands such as, Glamglow, Omorovicza, Illamasqa, HD brows and Molton Brown.

This is one of the two advent calenders I've bought this year. I bought this one last year and absolutely loved it, so that's why I went for it again this year. Its also one of the more reasonably prices advent calenders and has an amazing product value, so its well worth the money.

Price : £99 or £75 if your a Glossybox subscriber
Value : Over £300

This beautiful looking calender is baby pink and rose gold, It goes all the way up to day 25 and instead of draws it has boxes. This includes brands such as, Nars, Real Techniques and  Huda Beauty.

This is the second beauty calender I bought. Its the first year that Glossybox have released an advent calender and this is why I found it hard to decided between this advent calender and the Look Fantastic one. I loved the Look Fantastic one last year, but I also love the Glossybox beauty boxes. So that's why instead of making the hard decision I just bit the bullet and treated myself to both!! Now I just cant wait for the 1st of December to roll around.

Price : £125
Value : £340
This Advent calender is like a traditional chocolate advent calender, by that I mean its a flimsy cardboard packaging with the rip-able doors. But that doesn't mean its not pretty looking. The advent calender itself is wrapped in an exclusive print from the designer Richard Qiunn. This calender goes up to day 24 and includes products from brands such as, St.Tropez, Beauty Pie, Benefit, Nars, Bobbi Brown and Too Faced.

Price : £130

Price : £250
Value : £600
Space Nk's advent calender looks very luxurious. The products are encased in purple and the pull out boxes are in very festive green and gold colours. This calender goes all the way up to day 25 and includes products from brands such as, Drunk Elephant, Hourglass, Nars, Sunday Riley and Orbie.

Yes some of these advent calenders are ridiculously expensive, but as you can see some of the values to these boxes are worth the price tag. I've only included advent calenders where you get a mix of brands, but there are advent calenders out there just specifically for certain brands, like Mac and Nars. So if you really love a brand its worth checking and seeing if they have their own advent calender. But I think its much more fun getting a calender that has mixed brands in it as you can discover a wide variety of products and brands.

If you cant quite afford some of the price tags to these advent calenders, then why not ask for one as a gift for Christmas (but make sure they know to get the beauty calender sooner rather than later) You might think its weird to get an advent calender for Christmas, rather than having it before. But just think of it as an over sized beauty box that has 24 or 25 doors of goodies to open.

Have you bought an advent calender yet, if so which one?
If you haven't bought one, do you have your eyes on a specific advent calender?
